Adults are advised to receive the goods. Please refrigerate immediately after receiving the goods. No further unpacking will be allowed.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please open and inspect the package immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, incorrectly shipped, does not match the description, is damaged, or has other issues, please report them immediately.
Please take a photo immediately and send it back to customer service. Please also keep the original packaging of the product.
We will arrange a replacement/refund after confirming the issue.
